Join a strong/fast Wi-Fi network
- If you’re in the office tap EveryStep Public – password is beourguest (no spaces and no capitalized letters)
- Follow on screen instructions to activate service/transfer eSIM. Those with Verizon, your old iPhone will receive a text message with a link to activate. Click the link and follow the instructions to activate.
- Remote Management – tap Next (in the top right corner)
- Set a SIX DIGIT passcode. You can use your same code from your old iPhone (Cannot be easily guessed i.e., not 123456)
- Keep your iPhone Up to Date – tap Continue
- iMessage and Face – tap Continue
- Location Services – tap Enable Location Services
- Welcome to iPhone - tap Get Started
- Wait ~1 min, tap Dismiss to "Edit Home Screen"

Tap on Comp Portal
- Tap Sign in
- Sign in with your EveryStep email address and password.
- Tap OK to "Get notified so you don't lose access"
- Tap Allow to "Comp portal would like to send you notifications"

Tap Begin to "Set up EveryStep access"
- STOP. Wait on "Checking device settings" screen. This can take several minutes.
- Tap Done to "You're all set!"
- Allow ~15 min for all settings and apps to install. You can continue to next step while this occurs
- Tap the Settings

Tap on Apple Account

Tap Sign in Manually

Sign in with your EveryStep email address and password

Tap Continue for the certificate, check "Don't show this again" then tap Yes, then enter your iPhone passcode
- Tap Outlook
Add Account > Tap on your EveryStep email > Maybe Later > Turn ON notification > ALLOW notifications
- Tap Teams
Add Account > Tap on your EveryStep email > Turn ON notification > ALLOW notifications > ALLOW access to Camera/Microphone > ALLOW access to Bluetooth devices
- Set up the UKG/Kronos Ready App

(Optional). Go to Settings
> Face ID & Passcode > Set up Face ID, then follow the onscreen instructions.

Once your new iPhone is activated and setup is complete, erase your old iPhone, power it off, and return it and the charger to IT at the Bright Kavanah building.
- Go to Settings
> General > Transfer or Reset iPhone. - Tap Erase All Content and Settings.
- Enter your iPhone passcode
- Tap Continue to confirm.
- Skip iCloud Backup.
- Go to Settings
