If you're not receiving new emails or getting "your device isn't up to date with your organization's policies" on your iPhone force a sync with Comp Portal.
- Launch the Comp Portal app.
(It's in first folder in the top left labeled Microsoft).
- If prompted sign in with your full EveryStep email address and computer password.
- If prompted "Approve" sign in.
- Tap Devices on the bottom menu.
- Tap on the device you want to sync (i.e., iPhone or iPad).
- Tap Check Status.
