With Call Forwarding, you can forward your mobile calls to another phone number, including another mobile phone or a phone, your home or office number.
You can set up Call Forwarding as either:
- Immediate Call Forwarding lets you automatically forward all calls to another number, without making your mobile phone ring first.
- Conditional Call Forwarding first sends calls to your mobile phone, and if you don't answer or the phone's in use, the call will be forwarded to another number.
You can turn on Call Forwarding from your iPhone:
- Immediate Call Forwarding (mobile phone won't ring) - Call *72 + the 10-digit number that you want to forward your calls to (e.g., *72-515-123-4567).
- Conditional Call Forwarding (mobile phone will ring first and forward call when there's no answer) - Call *71 + the 10-digit number that you want to forward your calls to (e.g., *71-515-123-4567).
You can turn off Call Forwarding from your iPhone:
- Calling *73. You should hear a confirmation tone or message.
Note: The confirmation tone may sound like a busy signal, but that's OK. It still means your Call Forwarding has been turned off.
