Netsmart DPI

If you have your screen scale above 100% you will need to adjust your Netsmart DPI settings. Close Netsmart before following the steps below. 

1. Click Start. 
2. Type in Netsmart. 
3. Right click on Netsmart. 
4. Click Open File Location.
   
5. Right click on Netsmart Homecare Client. (NOT Client Help) 
6. Click Properties. 
   
7. Click Compatibility. 
8. Click Change high DPI settings.
    
9. Check box: Use this setting to fix scaling problems... 
10. Select I open this program. 
11. Check box: Override high DPI scaling behavior.
12. Select System.
13. Click OK. 
    
14. Click Apply. 
15. Restart your laptop.
