While on a call, click Transfer, then Transfer again. The caller will be put on hold. On the next screen, enter a name or number and click Transfer. If you select the “Ring back if there is no answer” option, Teams will attempt to transfer the call to the selected person, and if unsuccessful will transfer the call back to you. The caller will still be on hold after returning to you, so you will need to accept the call again, or click Resume.
