Opt In/Out of a Teams Phone Call Queue (Laptop)

1. Click "..." in the top right of Teams.
2. Click Settings.
   
3. Click Calls.
4. Find the Call Queue you want to edit.
5.  Use the toggle switch next to the queue name: 
   On (Purple) = Opted In and receiving calls
   Off (Gray) = Opted Out and not receiving calls
