Reset Citrix

Click on the System Tray up arrow ^
Right click on the Citrix icon
Select Advanced Preferences
Click on Reset Citrix Workspace and respond Yes when prompted to confirm your choice
Click "Yes, Reset Citrix Workspace"
Click "OK"
Restart laptop
