While on a call, click Transfer, then Transfer Now. The caller will be put on hold. On the next screen, enter a name or number and tap the intended search result. If you select the “Notify me if there is no answer” option, Teams will attempt to transfer the call to the selected person, and if unsuccessful. The caller will still be on hold, so you will need to accept the call again.
