Opt In/Out of a Teams Phone Call Queue (Mobile App)

1. In Microsoft Teams app on your iPhone tap your Profile Picture in the top-left corner.
   
2. Tap Settings.
   
3. Tap Calling.
   
4. Scroll down to the Call queues section. Locate the call queue you want to manage. Use the toggle switch next to the queue name:
   • On (Purple) = Opted In and receiving calls
   • Off (Gray) = Opted Out and not receiving calls
