If Outlook opens to a white box labeled Account please follow the steps below:
- Close all programs.
- Restart laptop.
- Launch Microsoft Word.
- Sign in to Word.
- Click ⚠️ and your name in the top right of Word (see image below).
- Approve MFA from phone.
- Launch Outlook.
